Working in Partnership with TriathlonNI, Crossfit Varangian is part of the CrossFIT4TRI programme designed to be the game changing addition to your Triathlon training, helping you be ready and be the best.

PHASE 1
TESTING

• Triathlon (Sprint Distance) testing: 750m swim, 21km cycle, 5km run

• On-Ramp Introduction to the basics of Crossfit

These tests are designed to find out where you are now and where your strengths and weaknesses lie.

With this information, the Coaches can focus and plan your CrossFit4TRI progamme with exactly what you need.

PHASE 2
CROSSFIT4TRI

• Dedicated Crossfit for Triathletes training once per week at Crossfit Varangian

Running alongside your Triathlon training your Crossfit Programme will be designed to give you the extra edge needed to win.

It will focus on building strength, cardio and mobility specifically for Triathlons.

PHASE 3
NUTRITION

• Receive a personalised Nutrition plan from Crossfit Varangian

Nutrition is the foundation of all athletes training. Eating right will ensure proper recovery and allow for continous progress.
