What does CrossFit Varangians Onramp give you?
Well! To start it is for 3 sessions a week, Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays 8.00-9.00pm (if these times don't suit all you have to do is let us know & you can attend our RAW strength sessions to get caught up! We take new members at any time) then towards the end you will be invited to try full WOD's (still scaled to your own individual level like all of our members)
On top of that you can attend Primal Movement on Thursdays at 6.00pm these sessions really focus on total body strength & flexibility with extra emphasis on moving/stretching/self massage/body awareness plus core stability, all sessions have this element but it's great to just spend an hour on your physical maintenance!
We also hold Nutrition Seminars every last Sunday of the month for members, each one covers a different aspect of nutrition & the subject is usually on feedback from the guys, no cost to members or Onrampers but also available to anyone for a drop in price of £20.
Onramp is a fantastic way to start into CrossFit as everyone is new to it & it is always great fun to learn in a group, regular members usually hang around too to work on their flexibility, technique or even join it too, never worry about fitness levels or lack of mobility etc that's where we step in!
